Box Breathing is a simple breathing technique that will help you relax.
Inhale for four seconds (when the circle becomes larger), hold your breath for four seconds (while the circle does not change), exhale for four seconds (when the circle becomes smaller), and wait for four seconds before starting the next breath.
Box Breathing helps you focus on your breathing and its rhythm. As a result, you pay attention to your body and can get away from other thoughts.
